The Chattanooga Public Library just built and opened The Studio, a professional recording studio in our downtown branch featuring industry standard equipment and professionally lead workshops and learning opportunities. The Studio is already home to the Chattanooga Times Free Press weekly live Facebook event, Music Wednesdays, and we’re just getting started!
Now the library is teaming up with the pros over at Dynamo Studios to bring you their exclusive Audio Engineering & Production classes taught at the Chattanooga Public Library.

ABOUT THIS CLASS:
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 15th
In the Digital Plugins 101 class students will get the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the digital audio plugins. Our goal is to showcase several industry standard plugins that are the foundation of thousands of recordings across the music industry. We will be working with plugins from SSL, Neve, API, Waves, and even a couple stock ProTools plugins. It doesn't matter if you work on a laptop at home when you engineer music or if you work in a major recording studio, this class will give you the skills and knowledge needed to take your audio engineering career to the next level when using plugins.
Audio Engineering & Production classes in The Studio are brought to you by The Chattanooga Public Library, in partnership with local education non profit Dynamo Studios.
The Chattanooga Public Library's recording studio is made possible through grants from The Lyndhurst Foundation, The Benwood Foundation and the Friends of the Chattanooga Public Library.
