MINI MUSIC VIDEO PRODUCTION FOR TEENS
THURSDAY NOVEMBER 9th
5:00-7:00 PM

In the ever growing music industry having great sounding music is essential, but what helps to promote artists to the next level is having something to visually engage the audience, a music video. During this two hour class students will get a crash course in basic filmmaking techniques while shooting a scaled down acoustic music video of a local artist. Not only will they get to work with an industry professional film maker, the students themselves will also get to participate in the filmmaking process.

  • Session Management

  • Film Composition

  • Understanding and Operating a Film Camera

  • Gear Selection

  • Working with Audio

  • Lighting Techniques

  • Shot Techniques

  • The Art of Capturing B-Roll

Space is limited. Classes are for teens ages 12-18.

Audio Engineering classes in The Studio are brought to you by The Chattanooga Public Library, in partnership with local education non profit Dynamo Studios. The Chattanooga Public Library's recording studio is made possible through grants from The Lyndhurst Foundation, The Benwood Foundation and the Friends of the Chattanooga Public Library.
