Creator’s Camp

The Chattanooga Public Library is proud to offer the first Creator’s Camp this April 11-14, 2022 at the Downtown Library. This four-day camp will pay each attendee $200.00 to help us create digital content using the latest and greatest equipment for mobile video production.

The camp will also introduce attendees to professional mentors working in the industry, such as sound engineers, videographers, and even a marketing specialist for a top streaming service!

8 HCDE high school students will be selected through an online video submission. The submitted video must showcase skills and enthusiasm for vlogging, reels, and digital creation. These videos could include equipment, editing capabilities, creativity, and more!

Video submissions must be at least a minute in length. We ask that you upload to YouTube and send us a link to your video. If you’re unable to upload to YouTube, you can email it to 4thfloor@chattanooga.gov.

Funding for this program is provided by a TOP Grant from the Tennessee State Library and Archives and the Department of Economic and Community Development.

Our submission form will be open from March 14, 2022 to March 23, 2022. Please check back here for updates.

This form is currently closed. Please return between March 14, 2022 and March 23, 2022 to make a submission.
