
Dr. Ettie Zilber was born in a Displaced Persons camp in Germany after WW2 to Lithuanian survivors of the Holocaust. After retiring from a distinguished career as a teacher and administrator in international schools, Dr. Zilber is committed to researching, documenting and publishing her family’s Holocaust experiences. In her presentation, "As Mama told Us" she focuses on the suffering, survival, and triumph of her family. She currently lives with her husband in Arizona, has three children and three grandchildren.
