These classes will be held on the third Wednesday of each month from 10:00 – 11:00 am in the computer training room at the American Job Center, located at  5600 Brainerd Road Suite A-5, Chattanooga, TN 37411. Please note, class size is limited to 15.

To register, call the American Job Center at 423-894-5354.

Topics Include:

  • How to turn a computer on/off.
  • Explanation of the functions on a keyboard.
  • How to properly hold and operate a mouse.
  • How to save files and documents.
  • Information video on different types of computers.

Library staff will be on hand at each class as “teaching assistants” in case participants need extra help. Participants are also welcome to continue working on their skills at the Eastgate Library. For more information, call Eastgate at 423-643-7770.
