Join us at Eastgate for Mindfulness Storytime on the first and third Friday of every month at 10 am!
Mindfulness Storytime is a program for pre-school aged children, partnering with the Family Justice Center
Sonya Reaves, FJC Education Coordinator, will lead us through Mindfulness Storytime with activities including storytimes, yoga, songs, breathing exercises, and activities relating to interpersonal connections and handling big feelings.
Each month will explore new themes!
