Ready or not here we come with the first ever Spooktacular Mini Film Festival at the Downtown Public Library! Prepare to be scared as we spend the week of Fall Break with five frightful films on the 2nd Floor. Popcorn provided. All films are rated PG-13, and this event is for teenagers ages 13-18.
