Calling all Zinesters and Artists! The Chattanooga Public Library is excited to announce that Zine Fest is officially back! Chattanooga Zine Fest will feature a wide range of independent zine/bookmakers, artists, and creators! Experienced and novice self-publishers are all welcome. More info will be provided upon acceptance.
