With Smart Lockers, getting your items close to home is as easy as 1 – 2 – 3!
Place Hold Online. Log into your account, and locate the item you want in our catalog. Click the blue “Place Hold” button next to your item, and then select the location or locker where you prefer to pick up your items. Your item(s) will be checked out to you before being delivered to the locker. Wait until you receive a code to proceed to the next step.
Pickup Here. When your item(s) are ready for pickup, you will be notified according to your preferences (email, text, or app). Head to your designated locker and scan or enter the pin number. The locker will then open for you to retrieve your item(s)!
Return & Repeat! Book returns are provided at every locker location for convenient and easy returns.

Customers may place up to 30 hold requests at a time. 10 of these holds may be DVDs and 10 may be CDs.
Hold Items are available for pickup for 7 days. If the item is not picked up within the timeframe, the hold is canceled and the item is returned to circulation or fills the next hold in the queue. If you miss a hold pickup, you will need to place another hold for the item to be reserved and delivered to a locker for you.
