Thanks to the fabulous folks at The YMCA of Metropolitan Chattanooga, there will be FREE meals at Downtown and Avondale Monday – Saturday starting Monday, October 2, and continuing to the end of the school year!
Meals are available to all kids and teens on the 2nd Floor starting at 4 pm. Please arrive before 5:30 pm, as meals service stops then. No sign-up is needed.
About the Program:
Each year the YMCA serves meals to at-risk youth throughout their service areas. In 2020, the YMCA served 400,000 meals to over 2500 youth. The YMCA depends on volunteers to make this impact possible for so many youth. You can volunteer to help prepare healthy meals for youth at their Mobile Fit: Food and Fun Kitchen.
